Real Estate Photography & Aerial Imaging
Why Professional Real Estate Photography Works
Multiple industry studies show that professional real estate photography increases buyer engagement and helps listings sell faster. Adding aerial drone photography further enhances property marketing by showcasing location, scale, and surrounding features that ground photography cannot capture.
Licensed & Authorized for Controlled Airspace
Drone photography requires a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and, in many cases, airspace authorization that can take days, weeks, or longer to obtain.
Within Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) controlled airspace, we maintain advanced authorization allowing us to provide aerial services with as little as one business day’s notice at approved altitudes. Requests for higher altitudes may require additional coordination.
